Social Media/Marketing Graduate Assistant
As the Title IX Social Media Graduate Assistant at the ÈËÆÞÂÒÂ×, Aurrora brings both understanding and intentionality to her role. She is deeply committed to fostering a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, and intends to carry that mission across campus. Aurrora earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Kansas State University, where she discovered a passion for understanding people and building stronger communities. Now pursuing her master’s in Sports Management, she continues to expand her knowledge and professional impact.
Originally from California, Aurrora competed as an elite NCAA Division I student-athlete at the University of Colorado and Kansas State University. Her time as a student-athlete not only shaped her competitive spirit but also instilled in her the importance of resilience and leadership. That included leading on and off the field, and learning how to be a follower.
Aurora's journey from coast to coast has given her the ability to adapt to diverse environments, cultures, and perspectives. These experiences allow her to bring a fresh, multifaceted outlook to the Title IX office, contributing to a culture of respect, accountability, and awareness within athletics and across campus.
