In addition to its work on campus, the ÈËÆÞÂÒÂ× for Entrepreneurship also serves as an educational resource for K-12 students and teachers across Mississippi. Since 2005, the ÈËÆÞÂÒÂ× has helped bridge educational gaps in economic, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy through relevant, hands-on learning experiences and competitions.

Programming

The ÈËÆÞÂÒÂ× benefits thousands of K-12 students annually through a high-impact combination of student initiatives and teacher trainings.

Two flagship programs are central to the ÈËÆÞÂÒÂ×'s efforts:

SEP programming consists of an annual series of regional, virtual, and statewide student opportunities with a singular goal—to give Mississippi’s youth a head start in becoming our state’s future innovators and business leaders.

Offered as a collaborative effort between the ÈËÆÞÂÒÂ× for Entrepreneurship and the Mississippi Council on Economic Education, the MTEnt program is designed to help activate an entrepreneurial mindset in Mississippi’s middle and high school classrooms.
