Telehealth Appointment Policy
Telehealth appointments are available for established patients only. New patients must first schedule an in-person visit to establish a provider–patient relationship. Once this relationship has been established, eligible follow-up visits may be conducted via Telehealth, depending on the type of appointment.
Methods to Make an Appointment
Health Portal
The Health Portal can be used to make appointments, view labs, and view immunizations. We encourage our patients to use this whenever possible to save them time and provide them access to their labs and immunizations outside of operating hours.
Moffitt Health ÈËÆÞÂÒÂ×'s web portal and inclusion on the iSouthernMS app is here to make health care easier, faster and more convenient for you.
- Appointments can be made through the iSouthernMS app on your smartphone. Once you have downloaded the app, click on the "Clinic" icon, which will direct you to the online health portal to create an account in order to make your appointment.
- Appointments can also be made online with our health portal via a desktop or laptop computer. The web portal is confidential and secure.

- Use your SOAR credentials to log in. If you get locked out of your portal account, please call us at 601.266.5390. Note: Affiliate employees who do not have SOAR credentials will not be able to utilize the portal.

Checking Lab Results
Labs can be checked online via the health portal. Access the portal and choose the View Labs tab.
